FITNESS SHOWS

There is still so much more to cover, The Pure Elite and Miami Pro fitness competitions. With the new trend towards the fitness classes a few members from the gym have represented us at these events,

Allesandro Fiorri doing the mens muscle fitness in both shows aquited himself well with a trophy placing at the MP. Kalina Marthardo competed in the tall class bikini and did very well for her first outing in this very tough class with over 25 girls. With more training....watch this space....the  Forest Gym will be having many more competitors appearing in these shows this year.

FINAL NOTE

To those of you who are not aware....the World’s most friendly Staffy and gym mascot, Arnold sadly passed away over a year ago, just short of his 16^th birthday. Sleep well buddy, we will meet again.

On a much happier note...the FOREST GYM is now home to Two of the worlds most friendly Staffies now  and you will certainly get a very friendly welcome on your visit. Say hello too HARLEY (blue) and GUNNER.

Let there be lots of hardcore training, goals been met and many competitive successes!
